A Spiritual Outlook on Lexus

Johnny Cortez
Johnny stands in a season of calling — a man who has stepped beyond the comforts
of ordinary life into the uncertain fields where God plants His servants. A
missionary is not simply one who travels, but one who carries the Word as a living
flame.
Johnny’s long path reflects the spirit of Isaiah 6:8: “Here am I; send me.” Where he goes, he brings more than words
— he brings the presence of someone willing to be constantly shaped by God’s
hand. His missionary steps are seeds being scattered, often in soil he cannot yet see,
but God knows exactly where each seed will land.
Johnny moves like as a young servant in training, although he is an old hand at his
work. A worker in God’s field, and a witness whose journey is just beginning, yet nearing
it's end.

Lexus Cortez
Lexus stands as one who supports, watches, encourages, and anchors the
circle around her. I thank her so much for supporting me. Some people preach with
words; others preach with their steadiness, loyalty, and the quiet strength that
surrounds a family walking its spiritual path. Proverbs 31 speaks of those clothed with
dignity and strength — individuals who may
not always take the spotlight, yet are vital to the spiritual health of the people around
them.

Lexus carries the presence of someone who keeps the hearth, the peace, the
grounding that helps others like me fulfill their calling. Her influence is like the gentle
voice Elijah heard — not in the fire or wind, but in the still small whisper. ..as she reads

Together
Together, Lexus and Johnny reflect two sides of ministry:
the one who goes and
the one who guards the home front — each a necessary pillar in God’s work... and my own.
Where Johnny plants, Lexus stabilizes. Where Johnny moves outward, Lexus
strengthens inward. And together, the family becomes a testimony to how God
uses different gifts to build one kingdom.
May GOD watch over them both, and keep them for Eternity.
